Authorisation
Medical aid patients are required to have an authorisation number before being admitted to KZN Day Clinic. We request that you obtain an authorisation number from your medical aid at least 24 hours prior to admission.
Pre-admission
Please complete the forms from your doctor’s rooms and email them to reception@kzndayclinic.co.za. Alternatively, you can complete your details using our online pre-admission platform.
Payment
When the authorisation number is obtained from your medical aid they will advise you of any co-payment payable to the clinic. This co-payment must be settled before admission.
Account
All accounts are submitted directly to your medical aid. You can request a detailed copy of your account from admin1@kzndayclinic.co.za.
Authorisation
Your doctor’s rooms need to request an estimate from the Clinic prior to your admission. This will be sent to you as well as your doctor. Please sign this estimate and send back to the Clinic.

Payment
You can pay your estimate via EFT, card or cash. We will require proof of payment for EFT payments. All payments must be made on or before admission.
